About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Marketing Manager - Growth & Community to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will play a key part in growing EQX’s brand, community, and customer base. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand, and versatility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns to expand our brand presence and engagement across key social platforms.
• Content Marketing: Oversee EQX’s content strategy, website, landing pages, blogs, video content, and other content-driven initiatives.
• Growth Marketing: Experiment with and implement data-driven growth strategies across organic and paid channels.
• Referral & Ambassador Programs: Build, manage, and optimize EQX’s referral and ambassador programs to drive organic growth and user acquisition.
• Community Growth Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives that expand, engage, and strengthen the EQX community, leveraging community insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Customer-Centric Engagement: Monitor community sentiment, user feedback, and engagement trends to ensure meaningful user experiences.
• Email Marketing: Oversee automated and drip email campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and increase retention.
• Project & Team Management: Manage and mentor a small team (1-2 people) while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Creative Production: Occasionally create marketing visuals using Figma or Photoshop for campaigns, social media, and community engagement.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in social media, content marketing, growth marketing, and referral programs.
• Hands-on experience running ambassador or affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Email marketing expertise with a focus on automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• A community-first mindset—strong ability to engage with users and foster brand advocacy.
• Excellent project and time management skills, balancing multiple initiatives effectively.
• Basic design skills with working knowledge of Figma or Photoshop.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on analyzing and optimizing marketing performance.
• Passion for crypto, fintech, and building a trusted financial ecosystem.
