Janice Taylor

Janice is a 3X founder who pioneered early technology in children’s digital safety across the 5 major sports leagues. Creating the first digital kids clubs for engagement and interaction. Janice created a groundbreaking healing modality that has since been licensed across fintech, mental health and prenatal health. She has been awarded Oprah Winfrey Top 150, along with top innovation honours for digital safety for minors. Recently she was awarded Honorary Captain of the Royal Canadian Navy by the Prime Minister of Canada.

Community Manager

Ladidai

ladidai is a multi-genre songwriter and producer from Yonkers, NY, focused primarily on contemporary pop, R&B, and hip-hop music. Her distinct style has caught the ears of music professionals associated with Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige, Drake, and Chance the Rapper, among others. In 2018, she was a recipient of the ASCAP Foundation Harold Adamson Lyric Award for Rhythm & Soul. Her music has been licensed to several major networks including Fox and NBCUniversal. Beyond her craft of songwriting, ladidai is involved in various operations that champion music professionals. She is the Social Media & Community Manager for EQ Exchange, a music tech company that provides capital for creators in the world of web 3, as well as the Content Manager for Gender Amplified, a non-profit organization that supports and highlights women and non-binary individuals in music production and audio engineering. Previously, she was the Social Media Manager for the Black Women in Media Collective, which highlights and supports Black women in music, television, and film as well as the Media Coordinator for HRDRV, the world’s friendliest indie music creator community. ladidai desires to continue to expand her reach in music creation and creator advocacy. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Rishabh Singh

With around 10 years of experience amounting from music, advertising, mobile tech and hospitality industry - Rishabh has nurtured an acumen which enables him to think anything music, brand and tech. Rishabh has worked with several legacy artists in India as an artist manager and A&R. His passionate dedication for his artists is well known in the artists community of India.
In addition to working as A&R with renowned music labels, Rishabh has worked for Top global brands while working with globally respected ad agencies. His A&R methodology of applying brand management concepts on the music artists to grow the fanbase, engagement, reputation and revenue is appreciated by many. Rishabh's experience in video production and tech makes him a 360 degree skilled professional for propelling an artist's growth.

Mariana Brandão

With 16 years of experience in the international music business, Mariana Brandão’s vast experience working with top tier artists, events and brands has seen her services called upon by some of the industry’s most celebrated names. Working with clients as diverse as Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong, Anglo Management, NERVO, Paul Van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Carl Cox, Creamfields, Pacha Brazil, Rock In Rio, Vintage Culture and more, Mariana has coordinated and actioned festival and tour production, artist management, artist bookings, artist branding, tour advancing, music PR in both South America and Europe. In 2020, Mariana worked as Head of A&R of a music PR company, with the company seeing a growth of 250% in sales in just over eight months under her management. Based in the UK for the past 10 years, she brings her wealth of skills to the table opening, in January 2021, the first female led music management and digital marketing company, with a strong message of collaboration and inclusion, to offer 360 services in both the UK and South America.

Sylvia Caldas-Roberts

With a career in the music industry spanning over two decades, Sylvia’s reputation preceeds her. Having worked in both the agency and promotion sides of the industry, overseeing live shows, international tours and major events with top tier companies including Primary Talent International, ILMC and Clear Channel, she has an understanding of the 360 nature of the business that can only come from working at the highest levels. Delivering on tours for some of the world’s most celebrated artists and brands, from Coldplay to Bon Jovi, Fatboy Slim, Jimmy Page, Rock In Rio and Lollapalooza Brasil. Sylvia’s highest-profile role to date has been Headline Talent Manager for all four Ceremonies at the 2016 Olympic Rio de Janeiro Games, working with famous artists such as Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Anitta, Gisele Bundchen, in a highly pressurised, deadline-driven project. Sylvia’s considerable skills looks set to forge a new chapter in her storied career as she moves to launch the first female led full service music management, artist development and events company Embrace Music.

Amelia Stranger

Amelia’s journey started at a young age. She attended Music School, college and then finished at Bimm University gaining a 1st in Music Production and Engineering. Amelia’s love for music started within production and audio engineering but she developed her passion for artists within development and the music business. She completed three internships within production, festival management and PR which allowed her to gain knowledge in all areas of the music industry, making her a well-rounded and multifaceted A&R Executive and Artist Manager.
