No quotes… just breath. 

You will be amazed at how a couple of deep breaths, an easy couple of seconds, can change the trajectory of invasive negativity into positive focus. 

3 breaths:
One, in through the nose and through the tension in your head. 
The 2nd, a bit deeper, opening your chest and shoulders.
The last, fully, like the first and second breath, down the solar plexus and into your belly.

Practice several times throughout your day, everyday, where tension builds. Deep breaths as you exhale into the inevitable changes that come with creation, building, and evolution of your work, your art, yourself and those around you.
